 * 1 night  hotel accommodations with
nighttime security
 *  5  meals, 1 breakfast, 2 lunches, 2 dinners
 *  T-shirt  and sweatshirt
 *  All  tours: Castillo de San Marcos,
the Fountain of Youth,

Lighthouse,
 Historical  Trolley tour, Spanish

Quarter Tour,
Pirate Museum,
and the Indian Village  Museum

The cost for the trip  is:
 per student quadruple occupancy
 per chaperone double occupancy

 The St. Augustine itinerary, payment information and
  permission slip will be sent home in November. At that time we will be
collecting payment. If in the event that your child is unable to  attend,
payments can only be returned if another student takes their place.

The decision to send your child on this trip should
be  made based on the fact that you want your child to attend the trip, but that
you  may not be a chaperone.  The number of chaperones will be based on
how  many students attend and number of seats available. If we have an
overwhelming  response for chaperones, a lottery may be necessary. Please note
that all  chaperones must be a Level 2 volunteer (fingerprinted) and will be
required to  attend a mandatory chaperone meeting the week prior to the trip.
Additionally,  we can only take one chaperone per family. Fingerprinting is done
through  LobbyGuard at School.

 Students will be roomed same-gender quadruple
occupancy  and chaperones will be roomed same-gender double occupancy. Our best
effort will  be made to accommodate all room requests, but these will not be
made until we  have collected all payments and final counts have been completed.
Students are  not permitted to room with their parents and we cannot make any
promises  regarding room arrangements or promise you that you will be able to
attend as a  chaperone.

 We look forward to a fantastic trip!
